I've been coming to this place for nearly a year and have received several different treatments. The results have been absolutely amazing, and I just adore all of the nurse practitioners and staff. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, the place is impeccably clean and stunning, and the customer service is excellent. During the time I have been here, I have consistently seen the same people both at the front desk and providing my services. I appreciate that there's not a lot of turnover, unlike some other places. I can sense that everyone genuinely enjoys their job, and they seem like a tight-knit family. The staff are all very close to one another. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

I highly recommend Windermere Medical Spa & Laser Institute! Maegen Kennedy is the best of the best -- she's extremely skilled, very knowledgeable & truly cares about her patients (and it shows). I can’t say enough great things about this place. I live in Clermont so it’s definitely a drive for me but it is worth it! I came in for lip filler and botox but Maegen Kennedy didn’t jump the gun and fill me like I was expecting. Instead, Maegen Kennedy gave me a detailed plan for my goals and the realistic future expectation I was actually needing. I wasn’t used to this before, only because aesthetic injectors usually jump right into treatment. I appreciated the honesty and definitely trust the team there. Also, my childcare fell through right before my appointment and the staff at Windermere Medical Spa & Laser Institute were SO incredibly kind by taking turns and entertaining my baby so I could enjoy my laser treatment. I am super grateful for them letting me relax after a tough postpartum period! Can’t wait to go back :)

I can’t think of one negative. 

I drive over an hour to get treatments here. I wouldn’t trust anyone other than PA Maegen Kennedy with my face. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, talented, an extreme attention to detail, and focuses on a natural result and isn’t afraid to say “no” to procedures. The office space is beautiful, the entire staff is incredible, from the assistants who take your photos and set you up in your room, to the front desk reception. I can’t think of one negative.

I go here for both my medi spa appts, which are phenomenal. The staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are spotless, new and high tech. Both Sheree and PA Maegen Kennedy are fantastic practitioners and I always leave happy with my services. I live almost an hour away but it's worth the trip.
